Hard work pays

One can’t achieve success by luck. Even though if someone achieved success by luck, he can’t maintain it or can’t be in competition for long time. No one can achieve success without hard work, dedication and determination. Ambani, Tata, Steve Jobs, Richard Branson and Bill Gates didn't become rich overnight.

Bill gates, a computer geek did lot of hard work to become No.1 rich person on earth. When all of us busy in mugging our lessons in school, Gates tried to write programming language for newly released Intel 4004 microprocessor.

Ambaniji didn't rob a bank to build his monarch of industries. He did many works including road side chat shop to putting petrol in Arab countries. He proved that everyone can fulfill their dreams if they put effort.

We, common people jealous of rich people because they are having all luxuries which we are dreaming. We always get influenced by negative factors for example, Mr. Vijay Mallya worked hard to build his company but we won’t care about it. Whenever we get chance to criticize Mr.Mallya, we’ll start saying he is drunkard and womanizer. I have seen people feeling happy when Kingfisher Airline fallen. Don't we sadist?

I was shocked to read financial crisis of King Fisher Airlines. Even though I never traveled in King Fisher airlines, I heard a lot of good things about facilities in KF Airlines. Ups and downs are common in Business. But I never thought people hate someone who is not related to them and who didn't cheated them. News papers are index of society, even this news papers also write articles. Common man who didn't understand why king fisher in loss also started explaining reasons for Mallya’s fall.

Instead of getting influenced by negative thoughts, people have to open their minds to positive things. So here is a story for you. I read this story in a book. It’s a real story on a person from coastal part of Andhra Pradesh. I‘ll just write that story in my words.

Pawan’s father was a lorry driver in mines. Pawan fallen down from lorry when he was travelling with father friend but survived with small injuries on legs. Pawan got admitted to government hospital because Nursing home didn't admitted him because its an accident case. Nurses applied some ointment and doctor suggested to take bed rest for three days.

After one week bed rest in home, Pawan was feeling unbearable pain, so got admitted to district hospital. Doctors in district hospital blasted Pawan parent's for their carelessness and told that two legs are gone (i.e. Gangrene).Doctors finally told that Pawan‘ll be alive if and only if two of his legs removed. Parents agreed it because they didn't have other choice.

After operation, Pawan become awake and tried to get up, and then he comes to know that he can’t walk anymore. He become dumb stuck and he cried silently because he didn't have any words to explain his feelings. His parents consoled him by promising that they’ll take care of him with love.
At that time Pawan studying in 8th class.class. Pawan sister who was studying in 10th class, readmitted to 8th class so that she can take care of Pawan in and around school. Pawan topped his Block in 10th exams.

Interesting thing is Pawan got seat in India’s most prestigious engineering college i.e. IIT MADRAS. Pawan proved that if you have dedication and hard work, you can achieve whatever you want. Topper of IIT-JEE exam opted out IIT Madras and he voluntarily agreed to share room with Pawan.

After four year of engineering, Pawan got placed in MNC. During Convocation, Pawan cried uncontrollably by remembering his friend help and thanked the entire college faculty and his friends for being kind with him and for helping him during his stay.

Now Pawan is working for Google in Bangalore.

Let’s start working towards our goal. Thank you for reading.

Life in forest.

I am always dreaming spending last days of my life in forest by doing farming. Fortunately I am moving to forest at the age of 23 only.

My birthplace (55km from Bangalore) is also like forest but greenery is very less because of lack of rain. From childhood I always wanted to become a farmer but my parents forced me to study and get steady job. We are doing rain based farming and success rate of bore well is very low. In our place, rain is most uncertain so our lives. So I studied engineering but I  wanted to stay near river and dense forest like Western Ghats in Karnataka(i.e. rainy place)..

At the age of 23, I moving to place famous for water falls and siddi people Yellapura. This place is full of surprises for me. This is complete forest area. It belongs to my favorite Malenady (most rainy place in Karnataka). Here, Houses in village are situated very far from each other house not like in any other village. People's are very daring because school going Kid has to travel 3 to 4km in forest alone. Fortunately robbery is very less in this place. Most of the people are educated and many of them staying in abroad. You can see greenery ever where. What I liked most is Small River near to my place. This river has two bridges, one simple bridge by using Areca Nut tree and another concrete bridge to stop the flowing water. This small river is surrounded by paddy fields and Archesia trees. It looks very beautiful.

In my last job i traveled whole Karnataka and parts south India. I observed for every 100km, tradition, culture, language and food changes. Yallapura is very near to coastal places so people eat fish more than chicken. Chicken and mutton are rarely available in hotel. Even though people speak Kannada (i.e. my mother tongue) dialect is slightly different from ours. In Bangalore, traditional marriage function will takes two days. Here marriage is one day function with very less dowry and less show off. People's are mad about “YAKSHAGANA” (i.e. drama). People financial condition is good as you know they are educated and expense is very less.

Even though I love forest, I am scared to walk alone in these forests because of snakes. Yes Snakes are the only thing which I hate about western ghats.

Facebook v/s Google+

Facebook with the 750 million users is the biggest social networking site. Facebook faced biggest challenge of its life, when software giant Google, released Google+. Google+ came with features which are not present in Facebook such as video chat, circles and so on. I think Google failed to reach its goal because still peoples are not using Google+ as how much they use.

Here i list out probable reasons for Google+ struggle in India,
1. Many people use Facebook and Google+ through mobile, Google+ won't look good in mobile platform and even operating also not that much easy compare to Facebook.
2. Every single change takes time, even people will take time to shift from Facebook to Google+.
3. Facebook succeed against Myspace because Myspace stopped doing new things but Google+ as to succeed against Facebook which changes every day.
4. Facebook looking more attractive than before because of its new implementations like timeline, and its user friendly user interface.
5. Google+ UI not attractive and it’s not making any new changes like Myspace so even though with good features like circles, group video chat, etc., Google+ struggling to beat Facebook.

I have wrote another article about advantage of Google+, Click here to read power of Google Plus
